The easiest way to purchase a car:
Kidum uses the "Easy Pay" method, the plan that is popular worldwide, suited to the Israeli market. The plan is based on an initial small down payment for the car, and low monthly payments during the loan period.
When you finish paying the loan, you will have two options:
1. To either purchase a newer model using the "Easy Pay" method
2. Or to realize the purchase option given to you at the beginning of the initial transaction and, thus, to own the car that you have been driving.
The Kidum "Easy Pay" plan is composed of three stages:
1. Cash deposit:
You may choose to pay an initial cash deposit of between 25% and 60% of the value of the car.
2. Easy and comfortable monthly payments:
The Kidum "Easy Pay" plan enables you to pay particularly convenient and comfortable monthly payments. Usually, the financing period is 24 months, but you may choose a period of up to 36 months.
3. The end of the financing period:
At the end of the financing period you will have two options:
a. You may keep the existing car and realize the purchase option, at the predetermined sum.
b. You may easily continue the "Easy Pay" plan with a newer model car. Should you choose this option, at least part of the initial deposit of the new transaction will be credited to you – to the sum of the difference between the actual value of your car when returned (as will be agreed between you and Kidum) and the purchase option price, as noted in the contract.
Now, the monthly payment will again be suited to your needs, according to the terms of the new transaction.
Possible Easy Pay plans:
1. Index linked plan
2. Permanent plan: Using this plan, the monthly payments are fixed and do not change during the financing period. In addition, the purchase option price at the termination of the financing period is predetermined, and remains fixed as well.
